Heritage Brewing company started at what was originally the William Worthington Brewery, as a 25 barrel brewery located in the National Brewery Centre. The National Brewery Centre closed in 2022 and production was moved to Burton Bridge Brewery. In April 2024 Burton Bridge Brewery was sold due to the owners retirement and the two breweries officially merged giving us a proper, permenant home.

Now as part of Burton Bridge Brewery Ltd, we are the largest independently owned brewery in Burton on Trent, the historic capital of beer brewing in the UK. All beers are brewed by the same team, by hand using traditional methods.
